Betsy Azer | Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO for SOS, Betsy is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit and treasury. Having been with the company since it was founded, Betsy’s years of expertise and leadership has been a driving force behind the success of SOS.
Nicole Freilich | Founding Partner
As a Founding Partner of Studio Office Solutions (SOS), along with complimentary leadership roles within the industry, Nicole has nearly two decades of experience in contract furniture and architectural interiors. Her collective work provides clients with turn-key design, furniture, and architectural solutions. Formally educated in communication and leadership, Nicole’s expertise lies in aligning the interdependence of people and their environment. Her resume of clients span the range of start-ups to fortune 100 corporations. As an entrepreneur with leadership experience at global manufacturers, Nicole has a deep understanding of successfully navigating the complexities of FF&E design and project management.
Barry Kellman | Partner
As a founding partner at SOS, Barry brings a wide range of experience and vast knowledge of the furniture industry to his role. Working very closely with clients and the design community, Barry is involved every step of the way for all of his projects. He is known for delivering beautiful spaces to his clients on time and under budget. The passion and zeal he brings to every project, every day, sprinkled with some comedy, makes working with Barry a most unique and fun experience.
Jon Offerman | CEO
Jon is the Co-Founding CEO of both Tagwall and SOS, where he brings the greatest aspects of his professional experiences together. With more than 20 years of executive experience in architectural interiors, with general contractors, in manufacturing, and contract office furniture, his deep understanding of the entire project process enables him to bring strategic solutions to all of his collective companies and clients.
As an entrepreneur, Jon has an innate understanding of what inspires and drives individuals. Through identifying, supporting, and cultivating the unique skills of each team member and stakeholder, he is able to assist both individuals and projects to reach their maximum potential. He continually challenges the status quo of antiquated business models and empowers his staff to make decisions based on specific needs of each client. His ability to understand evolving market needs informs his leadership with Tagwall and SOS, providing clients with the exact services that they require. This, combined with developing meaningful, long-term relationships, had led both SOS and Tagwall to an exceptional track record of repeat business.
Devon Rausch | Partner/President
With a background in Architecture and Design and 23 years in project management and sales, Devon brings his technical knowledge and creativity to his partner role at Studio Office Solutions. He gets to know his clients on a meaningful level and develops a holistic understanding of their projects and furniture requirements, customizing the best options for their needs. A true problem solver, Devon blends his expertise in managing budgets, space constraints, and the schedule of each project for the greatest value for his clients.
Kelly Sherman | Executive Vice President/Principal
Kelly serves as Executive Vice President and Principal at SOS. With over 25 years of experience, she is known for her dynamic vision and intimate knowledge of the Commercial Furniture Industry.
Kelly’s specialty is found in her knack and enjoyment of forming long partnerships with her clients that last well beyond the first project, and continue with future relocations and expansions.

Laura Soto | Creative & Operations Director

With more than 22 years in the Contract Furniture industry, as the Creative and Operations Director at SOS, Laura brings a strong design sensibility and exercises the specialized skills necessary to achieve quality service. Her extensive experience partnering with critical stakeholders in the A&D community and with organization leaders has contributed to successfully managing projects in many industries, including Entertainment, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology. Laura is adept at guiding clients towards identifying their workspace needs, resulting in spaces with thoughtful design solutions.
She holds a degree in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design and is NCIDQ Certified. In addition to her enthusiasm for design, she is pursuing a degree in Human Relations. Laura is an effective communicator who leads with honesty and sensitivity, fostering growth and development for the team. She and the SOS team care deeply about their work and prioritize offering clients a superior experience.
